40min Beginner Yoga

 

This is the first in our series to prepare your body for a great winter season on the snow.

We will be opening your connective tissue, creating more flexibility in the body whilst starting to build strength. Practice this at least 3 times before you move onto our next in the series. You will really start to feel your hamstrings start to open, neck and back relax, core become tighter, legs and back become stronger. Most important thing to remember is, be kind to yourselves and listen to your body. Thank you for practicing with me!
