Customised health plans, catered to you

Sure, humans are a similar breed. We all need food, water, sleep and sometimes just a good cheese scone to survive. But being human and all, we’re also splendidly odd. You, are splendidly odd. And so is your health journey. It’s not generic, or dime a dozen, or linear: it’s unique to you, and your health plan should be too.

In the 1:1 time with yours truly, we’ll tailor a path forward that’s just for you in all your glory. For the initial 90-minute consult, we’ll go through your health history, deep diving into your journey to date. I’ll then design a customised nutrition plan for you, recommend and prescribe supplements you might be lacking, and provide ongoing support via text for the next two weeks.

Ongoing support

After your initial appointment, I recommend following up with fortnightly consults for the next 6 months. That way we can track your progress, keep you on the right path, and make any adjustments as needed along the way. These consults come in 6-session blocks, with the option to move to monthly appointments if desired. This ongoing support includes a customised meal plan, supplement recommendations and prescriptions, and any notes, analysis or feedback from my end.

Yoga classes

For beginners, athletes, yogis, and folk who can (almost) touch their toes

No matter your goals, shape, size, whether you can touch your toes or you can touch ‘em with your chin - yoga is a great way to connect the mind and body, calm your nervous system, and replenish the soul without copious amounts of wine and pasta. Be guided from yang to yin, slow the truck down, and get ready to relax, reflect and recharge. And maybe the toes thing, while we’re there.

Whether you’re a beginner, a bona fide yogi, a snowboarder priming for the slopes or an athlete chasing strength and flexibility, I’ve curated a selection of yoga classes in Wānaka and free online yoga classes that will work to your schedule.

Let’s look after your people

This one’s for the suits, the sports teams, the schools, the small businesses and the annual corporate work-do’s wanting to improve wellness practices and manage stress in the workplace. Throughout the wellness workshop, your team will learn how to better manage and minimise stress using hands-on, practical tools that combat the effect of stress on the body. We’re talking breathing techniques, nutrition advice, meal plans, recipes and loads more of the nitty-gritty.

Typically run as a 1-hour wellness reboot and education session (whether you’re a team of five or you’ve squeezed 100 people into the function room), our team workshops can be customised to suit your specific needs and req’s, no matter the environment.
