Modern life is fast, fun and furious, until you get sick. Modern life sends us to the doctor for a quick fix. But that quick fix is making us sicker long term.  We are paying the price for decades of abuse on our bodies, such beasts as over the counter drugs, prescription drugs, recreational drugs, stress, processed food, pesticides, herbicides, more stress; All of these are creating a pandemic of chronic illnesses such as Arthritis, Migraines, Indigestion, Stomach pain, Eczema, Psoriasis, Brain Fog, Fatigue, Allergies, Digestive Issues, Insomnia, Asthma, Constant infections and Colds.

You don't need a health coach to tell you to eat more greens and drink more water (and less wine and beer). We know we need more sleep (and less nights out dancing).   We all know we should spend more time relaxing and laughing (and maybe more nights out dancing).

But modern life means it just isn't that easy. Some people find it impossible to lose weight even though they exercise regularly and eat well. Some people suffer persistent winter colds and flu, while others are simply tired but can’t sleep through the night. For a lot of people the thought of life without daily coffee and wine is a life not worth living.

Why can’t we do what we know is good for us? Why, when we know certain foods or activities make us feel terrible, do we still partake?

Because we are human.  And we are living in a world where time is not our friend.

My job is to listen to you so in time you can learn to listen to yourself.
My job is to guide you as you overhaul your eating and lifestyle habits.
My job is to educate you so that you can help yourself.
My job is to support you and listen to you when you fall off the wagon, and to help you get back on it again.
My job is to understand that you are living in the real world where you can’t always stick to the plan, and to help you adjust accordingly.
My job is to make sure that you are living your life to the fullest, with the most amount of energy, and with much laughter and happiness.
