I’m Sian – your health and wellness coach, meeting you where you are, then guiding you towards a happier you. Whatever that looks like. Slow it down, have a snoop around, then let’s get to it.

    When we say ‘your best life’, we mean your best life. Book a one-on-one consultation in person or online for a customised holistic health plan, including gut-loving meals, supplements, movement and ongoing support.

  • Yoga Classes

    An essential ingredient in your health journey. We offer a collection of classes in Wānaka and online for different levels and goals, whether you want to relax, recover, build strength or just hide from your kids. We get it.

  • Team Workshops

    Team in need of a little TLC? We offer customised workshops for your business, sports team, school or organisation, set to inspire, educate, empower and lift morale across the board.

Your holistic health coach and fellow human

I’m on a mission to guide the world from yang to yin, to tune folks out of the sympathetic nervous system and enhance the calm. I am not here to judge or put you on a strict regime that causes more stress than good. Because sometimes, a night out dancing is the answer. My experience as a human - and a fun one, if I say so myself - is what makes The Health Shed different.
