The below yoga links are a series I made for Whitelines snowboard magazine in the lead up to winter to help people prepare their bodies for their time in the snow (and avoid the injuries that usually occur when one hurls themselves around on powder once a year).  They run in a series and the first one is perfect for anyone who hasn't made it to their mat for a while, or has never done yoga before (you don't need to love the snow to do these, honest).  They progress as you do.  

The secret with yoga is, listen to your body, and be kind to yourself.   It's a practice.
