Day one will introduce you to equipment and technique. Day two heading behind Treble Cone to take your skills backcountry. Day three fly by heli into the McKerrow Range to the Geo Dome Heli Camp for 2 nights, 3 days of touring first tracks. Day four, hike and ride. Day five Hike and ride and heli out. Day six ride for yourself or head home.

YOGA and nutrition

When we open our bodies and minds to new forms of exercise the opportunities are boundless.

Even if you’ve never tried yoga, in Siâns hands your yoga practice works hand in hand with your time on the mountain to allow you back up the next day with no aches and pains. We will finish every day on the mountain with a restorative opening practice.

Good nutrition is essential when you expect your body to carry you for a day on the mountain. Working with qualified food specialists we have made a menu to ensure you will tap into your deepest energy source and continue to keep your body going day after day.
